Saturday Night Fusion

Ingredients


  • spaghetti

  • soy sauce

    2 tbsp

  • garlic

  • chili flakes

  • cherry tomatoes

Steps


  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

  • In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they burst.

  • Add soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice and chopped coriander to make guacamole.

  • Drain cooked spaghetti and toss it in the tomato sauce.

  • Transfer the spaghetti to a baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella, and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and turns golden.

  • Serve the baked spaghetti with a side of guacamole and tortilla chips for added crunch.
