Steps
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they burst.
Add soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice and chopped coriander to make guacamole.
Drain cooked spaghetti and toss it in the tomato sauce.
Transfer the spaghetti to a baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella, and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and turns golden.
Serve the baked spaghetti with a side of guacamole and tortilla chips for added crunch.
